We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 7 days of receiving your goods you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund, you must notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You can do this by logging in to your account and browsing to 'My Account' > 'Customer Support' and clicking on the 'Add New ticket' button. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com.
Once we receive, process and accept your returned items, we will either refund the price of the items or exchange them depending upon your preference. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. They must be sent in their original packaging. MOIXA does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.
Refunds can only be requested by the original purchaser and credited to the card used in the original transaction. We will credit the full amount, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days of receipt of returned goods. This may vary depending on your bank’s policy.
IMPORTANT: Made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
Once you have notified us of your returns, simply place the items back into the original mailing parcel with all labelling and packaging intact and post it back to us. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to cover return postage costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We will however happily ship any exchange items free of charge.
Please note that we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us, therefore we recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery and appropriately insured.
In the rare event that you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
