Our face masks are all individual and handmade with three layers, a 100% cotton outer layer, a 99.99% pure copper middle layer and a 100% silk cotton layer. We have used copper because it is scientifically proven to be antimicrobial, which means anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.

How to Wash Your Face Mask
To wash your mask while retaining filtration efficiency, follow the steps below. The mask must be washed in distilled or cooled boiling water to ensure hygiene is maintained. DO NOT use washing liquid or detergents.
Place the Mask in a bowl/sink. Add distilled water or boiled water left to cool for 15 minutes. Do not use any washing liquid or any other chemical. You can use a few drops of a neutral PH delicate detergent if there are stubborn stains.
Soak the face mask for at 2-4 minutes while GENTLY massaging the material. Remove and shake out the water. DO NOT wring dry. Lay the mask flat to dry naturally.
