MOIXA accepts many different types of payment. These include:

• Discover

• JCB

• MasterCard (including pre-paid cards)

• Maestro

• Visa (including pre-paid cards)

All payments are in sterling. Moixa cannot accept cheques as payment.

MOIXA gift vouchers

You can use a combination of gift vouchers and any payment card we accept to pay for your order. Please note that MOIXA gift vouchers can be exchanged but not refunded if you return items that you've purchased from our online boutique.

Is it safe to enter my payment details online?

I've used the wrong credit card for my order - can I change the payment method?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change your payment method. You would need to cancel your order immediately (before it is processed), and then place it again using your preferred payment method. In order to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Services team at cs@moixaclothing.com.

When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment will be authorised immediately upon the order being placed. Funds will be captured once your order has been validated and we being to process your order.
